The process for a WBC Custom Cable

1. Customer sends the request.
2. WBC proposes a price quote.
3. Customer confirms the quote.
4. WBC assembles the cable.
5. WBC accumulates enough cables (new stocks for existing cables + new releases + custom cables) to justify a delivery to Amazon (these bulk deliveries are among the many factors that aid us in providing affordably priced cables to our valuable clientele).
6. Using UPS or FedEx, we deliver the bulk stock to Amazon.
7. Amazon begins the receiving process at the Receiving Warehouse (Amazon updates its system with the sent Quantities).
8. Amazon performs an inter-warehouse transfer of items (cables are sent from the receiving warehouse to warehouses that can handle customer orders).
9. Amazon makes the item live on the website.
10. WBC sends the Amazon URL pertaining to the custom cable to the Customer (through this link, the buyer can purchase the custom pack and Amazon will deliver it).

The above process, from step 4 to step 10 usually takes around 10-14 days (On rare occasions due to delays in steps 7,8,9 by Amazon, this has gone beyond the usual 14 days).
